1. Shipping Method: Delivery

Shipping fee: đ35,000 ~ đ200,000

Delivery time: 3 - 7 days

If the delivery address is in a remote area, you may incur additional shipping charges.

We will deliver the goods after confirming payment from you. However, delivery time may be delayed depending on the type of product.

2. Replacement policy:

2.1 Scope of application:

  • Products damaged bonded during transportation

  • Product manufacturer defect (Not working, improper operation, missing accessories)

2.2 Condition:

  • Within 7 days after receiving the product successfully, please contact Lock & Lock customer service for assistance in resolving complaints if the product has problems. At the same time, please provide evidence that the problem of the product comes from the seller.

  • Lock & Lock encourages you to please record videos or take photos when opening product. If there is no video or photo proving that the problem of the product originates from the seller, Lock & Lock will refuse to solve the problem related to appearance, lack of accessories.

    • Note: In addition to the scope of application of the above innovation, the product does not have any other signs of damage and must be full and intact containers and components included.

2.3 Requirements for returned products (Replacement):

  • In order to limit the risks arising from the return of products, please note that it is necessary to pack the returned product and send the returned product including all accessories, warranty card (if any) and the product must be in the same condition as when receiving the goods.

  • Please take a video or photo of the status of the package before sending it to the shipping unit as proof of collation/complaint later. Lock & lock will notify you of the need to provide videos or photographs on a case-by-case basis.

3. Refund and return Policy:

3.1 Scope of refund and return:

  • Products is damaged during transportation

  • The Seller delivers the wrong Product to the Buyer (e.g. wrong product, wrong size, wrong color, etc.)

  • The product you receive is significantly different in design and features from the information provided by Lock & Lock in the product description (Note: Some product details or packaging may change from shipment to shipment will not be covered by this refund and return policy.)

3.2 Condition of application:
