WARRANTY POLICY

Applicable to products sold on this Website of LocknLock: locknlockmall.vn

LOCK & LOCK HCM COMPANY LIMITED (“Lock & Lock”) offers warranty of all LocknLock products that were found having technical error or defect in design, in manufacturing, and/or in materials at the limitation, in way, and under the terms of this warranty. If you purchased or obtained LocknLock products from other beside the stores specified in this warranty, please contact the retailer, or the person who you brought or obtained the product from, or Lock & Lock customer service directly for support.

Unless provided otherwise in this warranty, Lock & Lock reserves the right to modify, change, and remove any term given in this warranty at any time.

WARRANTY PERIOD

Lock & Lock warranty of a respective product available from the date of purchase and the warranty application period as below. The purchase date will be counted as the date that the you paid for the item and the product was successfully delivered.

WARRANTY ELIGIBILITY

To obtain product warranty at Lock & Lock, please provide a complete and valid warranty card or proof of your purchase in the of invoice, purchase order, purchase number, or other proof of purchase issued by this Website.

Lock & Lock may refuse to provide warranty service if:

  • You are unable to provide proof of your purchase.

  • You purchase or receive products from a retailers or other parties other than at this Website.

  • The warranty period has been expired.

  • The product is found defective or damaged for reasons:

    • Improper usage of product (such as using the product in way not as its intended use or not using the product as instructed in the product manual).

    • Accident or negligence of user.

    • You should ensure careful use and safe storage in accordance with the features and notes mentioned in detail by Lock & Lock in the attached Product Manual.

    • Normal wear and tear or force majeure event.

    • The product as a whole or any of its part was modified, changed, or altered by an unauthorized party or the product is missing any part or any essential accessory

WARRANTY EXCLUSION

Lock & Lock will not provide warranty for following cases:

  • Lost part and lost accessory.

  • Package.

  • Products are provided to you through methods that do not involve the purchase of products, such as samples, free gifts or promotional product when you purchase other products...

Lock & Lock highly advises you to read thoroughly the product manual and the product warranty before making your claim. You should also prepare the following documents ready when making your claim:

  • Proof of purchase;

  • Picture and/or video of the defective product. Such picture and/or video must show clearly the entire product, the labels on the product, and other indication marked on the product and a brief on the defect(s) found on the product.

If, after having examined the product, Lock & Lock confirms your claim is valid, Lock & Lock will, at its own discretion, apply the warranty order as follows:

  • Step 1: Check and repair the product in accordance with the warranty policy.

  • Step 2: (if step 1 does not work) to replace the product with another item of same model or, if agreed by the you, an entirely different product of similar value. Note: The warranty period is 10 - 15 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
